FAQ

We are a subcontract machining company so most parts are made to order which can be anything from 2 days to 4 months – it depends on the product and the quantity! Materials like Tungsten Carbide can take between 3 and 8 weeks before we start machining. Materials that need specific heat treatment or plating processes will also add time as we will use one of our trusted subcontractors. If you send us a drawing we can provide an accurate timescale.
We currently use DHL, but we do change every so often to ensure we are providing the best balance of service and cost for our customers. If you want to collect from the factory or use your own courier to collect, that is normally fine.
Yes, most forms of debit or credit card are accepted. We normally pass on the processing cost (around 3% via Paypal) if you opt for card payment instead of bank transfer.
No, we supply bespoke resistance welding components (weld caps, adaptors, gun arms, shunts etc etc) typically to large automotive manufacturers and their sub-suppliers. We don’t supply MIG, TIG or fusion welding spares like welding rods.
No! Our team are busy focussing on looking after our customers so won’t normally have time to discuss utility bills etc
